Is this a penetration test?+

No — a pentest finds holes at a point in time; DevSecOps builds security into how you ship so fewer holes appear in the first place. We harden pipelines, secrets, access and scanning. If you need an actual penetration test we can scope that separately or point you to a specialist.

Where do our secrets live if not in the repo?+

In a secret manager — Vault or your cloud's secret store — injected at deploy time and never committed. We also scan history for secrets that leaked in the past and help rotate them.

Can you add scanning without slowing deploys to a crawl?+

Yes. Scanning runs in parallel, caches aggressively, and fails only on severities you choose. The goal is a gate that catches real problems, not one that trains the team to click 'ignore'.

Do you handle compliance frameworks?+

We implement the technical controls behind SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR and similar — access control, logging, encryption, patching — and produce the evidence auditors ask for. We are engineers, not auditors, so we work alongside your compliance lead.
