How long does an audit take?+
Most audits run one to two weeks depending on the size of the estate: access and discovery, review across CI/CD, infrastructure, security and reliability, then the written report and a walkthrough.
Do we have to implement the fixes with you?+
No. The audit is a standalone, fixed-scope engagement and the report is yours. If you want us to carry out the roadmap we can, under a managed agreement, but there is no obligation.
What will it most likely find?+
In our experience: deploys only one person understands, backups nobody has restored, secrets in places they should not be, and alerting that is either silent or screaming. The specifics vary; the categories rarely do.
